Eligibility and Website Use
You must provide accurate and complete information when using our website, submitting enquiries, or placing orders.
You agree not to use this website for unlawful activities, provide misleading information, interfere with website security, or attempt to disrupt its normal operation.
We reserve the right to restrict access where there is reasonable cause to suspect misuse, fraud, or unlawful activity, subject to applicable law.
Products and Product Information
GMED offers medical equipment and related products for healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, institutions, businesses, and other eligible customers.
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, availability, and other information. However, minor differences in appearance, packaging, or presentation may occur.
Customers should review the product name, model, specifications, intended use, compatibility, quantity, and applicable requirements before placing an order. Please contact our team if you require clarification.
Product information on this website is for general informational purposes and does not replace the manufacturer's instructions, professional training, or applicable clinical guidance.
Prices, Quotations and Orders
Product prices, where displayed, are subject to change without prior notice, except where applicable law or a confirmed order requires otherwise.
Some products may be available through a quotation or enquiry process. A quotation may specify pricing, taxes, delivery charges, payment terms, validity, installation, warranty, and other conditions.
A quotation request or product enquiry does not automatically constitute a confirmed order. Orders may be subject to availability, verification, payment arrangements, and confirmation by GMED.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the final quotation, invoice, product specifications, delivery details, and other applicable terms before confirming a purchase.
If a pricing, listing, or technical error is identified, GMED will take appropriate steps to address it in accordance with applicable law and any existing contractual obligations.
Payments
Payments may be accepted through the payment methods made available at checkout or expressly agreed in the quotation or invoice.
Depending on availability and eligibility, payment options may include online payment methods, Cash on Delivery (COD), and other approved arrangements.
For manual payment methods, customers must follow the payment instructions provided by GMED. Orders paid through manual methods may require payment verification before processing or dispatch.
Customers must not submit false payment confirmations or use unauthorized payment methods.
Cash on Delivery and Pay on Delivery
Cash on Delivery or other payment-on-delivery options may be offered for eligible orders, locations, products, and delivery arrangements.
Availability of these options is not guaranteed for every order. GMED may confirm the applicable payment method and any relevant conditions before dispatch.
Customers must ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery and complete the payment when required. Delivery and collection arrangements are subject to the applicable courier or delivery partner's capabilities and policies.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery estimates, shipping charges, and dispatch arrangements will be communicated at checkout or through the quotation, invoice, or order confirmation, as applicable.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, transport disruptions, stock availability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Additional charges or delays may arise from incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances, subject to the applicable shipping terms and law.
Customers should inspect delivered products and report visible damage, missing items, or incorrect products to GMED as soon as reasonably possible.
Cancellation, Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Order cancellation requests must be submitted to GMED as soon as possible. Whether an order can be cancelled depends on its processing, procurement, invoicing, dispatch status, and the applicable order terms.
GMED generally does not offer refunds simply because a customer changes their mind after an invoice has been generated or an order has been processed. Return, exchange, or refund requests will be assessed under our Refund, Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy and applicable law.
Eligible cases may be considered for repair, exchange, replacement, or another appropriate remedy, subject to the product's condition, the circumstances of the claim, applicable warranty terms, and legal requirements.
Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Please review our Refund, Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy before placing an order.
Warranty and After-Sales Service
Products may carry manufacturer warranties, GMED warranties, or other warranty coverage specified in the quotation, invoice, warranty certificate, or product documentation.
Where expressly included for an eligible product, a one-year onsite warranty may be provided subject to its specific terms and exclusions.
Warranty coverage does not automatically include every consumable, accessory, physical damage, misuse, unauthorized modification, or fault arising outside the stated coverage.
GMED may provide in-house inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and technical service for eligible equipment. Some services may be chargeable, particularly when a product is outside its warranty period or the fault is not covered.
Customers should contact GMED before sending equipment for inspection or repair and follow the instructions provided by our service team.
AMC and CMC Services
GMED may offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (CMC) for eligible equipment.
The services covered, duration, preventive maintenance visits, response arrangements, spare-parts coverage, exclusions, and charges will be governed by the individual contract or quotation agreed with the customer.
No AMC or CMC coverage should be assumed unless it is expressly confirmed in writing. If there is a difference between these general Terms and a specific signed maintenance agreement, the specific agreement will govern the relevant service arrangements, subject to applicable law.
Installation and Customer Responsibilities
Where installation, demonstration, training, or commissioning is offered, the applicable scope and charges will be communicated in the quotation or other relevant documentation.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the installation location, utilities, infrastructure, and operating environment meet the requirements specified for the product.
Medical equipment must be installed, operated, cleaned, and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable requirements. Only appropriately qualified personnel should operate or service equipment where required.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law. Nothing in these Terms limits applicable statutory consumer rights.
